Drinkers Love offers returns for items that are misprinted, defective, or damaged upon delivery. All claims must be made within 15 days of delivery per instructions below. Please note that to be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original purchase condition, and shipped within 15 days. For packages lost in transit a claim must be made within 15 days of the delivery date provided by the specified shipping provider.

Instructions for all returns or exchanges:

RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be provided. Returns are not accepted without a corresponding RMA number.

A return label will also be provided which should be attached to the outside of the shipping box. We recommend using the original packaging.

Place all items being returned in the original packaging (including all tags).

Returns are processed during weekdays. Upon receipt of your return we will send an e-mail confirmation. Allow 1-2 weeks for return claim processing to be completed. Once complete an e-mail will be sent confirming the return has been accepted. Please check with your card issuer for processing times on returns.
Please note that Drinkers Love is not responsible for items damaged during return transit that were not properly packaged.
Drinkers Love is not responsible for addresses provided by the customer that are incorrect. All re-shipments will be at the customers expense.
Drinkers Love is not responsible for items unclaimed or lost after confirmed delivery. All re-shipments will be at the customers expense.
Drinkers Love will offer a size exchange on the customers initial order only. All subsequent size exchanges will be at customers expense.
Orders paid for with PayPal will only be credited back to the card or bank account associated with that account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
Amazon Pay Returns
Orders paid for with Amazon Pay will only be credited back to the card associated with that account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Miami Wet will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred.
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call us at 1-844-428-6824 as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on orders that have already shipped.
