How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product category you wish to browse, select an item, add it to your cart and checkout. Or, if you know the name of the product you would like to order, type it into the search box in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Are discounts available?
Yes. Stay informed on special offers and promotions by subscribing to the Drinkers Passion, LLC e-mail list. Sign up at bottom of the homepage.
Occasionally we will offer a store wide discount. Discount codes can not be combined with any other sale, offer, coupon, or discount.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you track the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please allow 2-7 days for your order to be processed prior to shipping. Standard shipping takes 2-8 business days and Priority shipping takes 1-3 business days. Expedited shipping is also available which takes 1 business day. Shipping selections can not be changed after order has been submitted. Note that it may take up to 48 hours from the time your order is scanned by the carrier before information is available. You can also track your order anytime from this website; all you need is your order number and email address. Feel free to contact us with any questions or issues.
How do I cancel/change my order?
We try our best to process orders as quickly as we receive them. Generally, orders can not be cancelled after submission. Please review and verify your order before finalizing. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). You can also pay with your Apple Pay, ShopifyPay, GooglePay or AmazonPay.
How do I know my credit card/personal information is protected?
We understand the importance of your personal information remaining secure. We have taken several levels of precautions and have security measures in place to protect your information. Rest assured that Drinkers Passion, LLC and its staff are not able to view anything other than the last 4 digits of your credit card information which is an industry standard. How long do I wait before I receive my order?

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere within the United States and Puerto Rico. Currently we do not ship internationally or to PO boxes, APO/FPO. International shipping will be coming soon to select countries.
What are the charges for shipping?
Standard shipping (2-8 business days) is free within the continental United States on purchases of $75 or more. Otherwise shipping is a flat rate of $$4.99 for USPS First Class Standard shipping, and a flat rate of $8.99 for USPS Priority Mail. FedEx overnight is also offered at a flat rate of $59.99.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping.
